Refund policy

Review before you pay

You can review the first paragraph and outline at no charge. The complete letter costs $12 once and includes three free regenerations. Please confirm your citation details before purchasing.

Technical problems or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a technical problem prevents you from receiving your letter, contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and purchase email. Do not send card numbers. We will investigate and offer delivery assistance or refund an eligible charge to the original payment method.

Appeal outcomes

The fee pays for preparation of a letter, not a successful appeal. Agency denial, a missed deadline, or a change of mind after delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

How refunds are handled

Support reviews requests individually and processes approved refunds through Stripe. Your bank controls when the refund appears. We do not offer instant or automatic refunds through this website.
